Rev. Scott Lockard Biography
On Friday November 1st 1940 in a small railroad community of Altoona Pa. Rev. W. Scott Lockard was born to W. Scott Lockard Sr. and Marie Lockard. W. Scott Lockard Sr. suffered from Romaic fever which left him with a hole in his heart and unable to do hard physical labor Scott Sr. made ends meet for his family by becoming a watch repairman!
Scott Jr. grew up as any other young boy playing ball, exploring caves, swimming and even though the family didn’t have the money to afford he would find ways to raise money on the weekends to go to the theaters and enjoying the motion pictures!
